Wendy J. Pritchard-Madore
Wendy is a local artist experienced in multiple media, including watercolour, acrylics, pastels, oil and stained and fused glass.
Wendy was born and educated in Ontario. She has lived in the U.K and traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and North America. A graduate of the Kingston General School of Nursing, York University, and University of Toronto, Wendy has also studied art at the Ontario College of Art, and the Art Gallery of Ontario. After retiring from a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, she moved to Nova Scotia in 2005 to pursue another interest, her love of art.
Locally she has participated in numerous workshops presented by internationally acclaimed artists.
Wendy’s work has been displayed at Nova Scotia Art Gallery Sales and Rental, Seaside Gallery, Tantallon Library and other local exhibits.
